The Balanced Living Institute offers Inner Peace Movement® community group work, Americana Leadership Collegesm technique workshops and courses, and ALC Spiritual Consultant services. We also offer workshops and leadership training to business and education professionals. Melissa Kitto began communicating directly with her Spiritual Guidance at will at age thirteen in her native New Zealand. She became an Americana Leadership College Certified Spiritual Consultantsm at age sixteen. Since then she has taught people in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States how to clearly communicate with their angels. Melissa’s principle interest is teaching as many people as possible how to communicate with their angels. Richard Lassiter has worked with Inner Peace Movement programs and ALC courses since 1973 and is one of the world's most skilled technique workshop facilitators. His special skill is providing interested individuals with skills to re-awaken their spiritual sensitivity, also known as ESP. In 2003 Melissa and Richard formed the Balanced Living Institute. All Balanced Living Institute instructors and consultants are Americana Leadership Collegesm certified. ALC has a proven track record of training standards and ethics that are the finest available on the planet. Founded in 1974 as a “college of experience” by Dr. Francisco Coll, ALC houses the world’s most comprehensive library of courses dealing with spiritual development and personal leadership expansion.
