During this weekend you will feel a deep connection with others who are on a spiritual path. We are here to accomplish together and bring positive change to the world, while being our own unique Spiritual Thrust.

How did that feel? Did you get chills? Did those words touch something deep within? Did it feel like truth to you? That little statement is a tiny taste of the personal and group healing this retreat is about.
During this retreat, The New Age: Involvement, Enrichment and Enlightenment you will experience:
- Feel the unity and connection as a team of spiritual leaders together at this time on Planet Earth
- Feel the power of your love. Heal concepts of giving with hooks, being an example, true concern for yourself, releasing people.
- Trust yourself and your guidance and the people working beside you like never before. (Often the first impression is the right one; the best one.)
- Discover why you doubt and don't trust yourself and, potentially, undermine yourself and your teammate's. See where these patterns came from, whether this lifetime or previous lifetimes.
- Experience your unique Free Will. Free will means there is no limit to what I can do.
- See how you set yourself up for disappointment when things don't go your way. Take a look at how you put expectations on yourself and others - and release ALL these expectations.
- See the bigger picture of your purpose on Planet Earth, your unlimited freedom.
OPERATION ACTION PROGRAM FOR 7-21 YEAR OLDS
Learning to be a leader is much more than just being able to lead others in a task at hand. It’s about being in command of your thoughts, guiding your feelings, directing your actions…LEADING your life with self-awareness and confidence in your decisions. This is what the Operation Action program, with its dynamic youth leadership training, is all about!
Life’s keystones of - setting energy (goals – direction); planning opportunities, being involved in the task at hand, trusting our psychic sensitivity, acknowledging what we have learned and appreciating our accomplishments are the driving force of OA.
All participants in OA get a chance to take on the leadership role throughout their camp experience. Age is not a barrier; with a little assistance, even your 7-year-old will discover his or her own inner executive.
All this while having a BLAST doing dynamic teamwork projects, a Ropes and Obstacle course, creative activities, and special techniques!!

The Operation Action Program is a part of the Americana Leadership College, Department of Growing Executives of Tomorrow. OA is designed to stimulate and nurture the genius of "old souls in young bodies" in an environment where everyone's leadership is valued and respected.
